ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's the representation dated 28.02.2026 and issue No Objection Certificate for running "Isha Aroma Wellness Center" at Door No.1/4B, AJ Illam, North Ukkadai, Ariyamangalam, Thanjavur Main Road, Trichy District, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner had made an application only by means of a registered post. However, the direction given by the respondent police to make the application in the online portal available is not followed with. Hence, the respondent police is not able to consider his application.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the petitioner is directed to forthwith make an application in the online portal of the respondent police. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner on summons under Section 64 2/4
BNSS. On receipt of the summon, the petition is directed to produce all the necessary permissions, licenses and other required permissions to the respondent police. On submission of which, the respondent police is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the online representation.
