ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2.The second respondent herein was a defendant in O.S.No.44 of 2014 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Thiruchirappalli. Even though the suit was dismissed, it is stated that certain adverse findings were rendered against Raja Pillai. The petitioner has given a protest petition before the first respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the petitioner's protest petition has been taken note of and that an appropriate decision will be taken. Whatever be the decision that is taken by the first respondent, it shall be immediately communicated to the petitioner so that the petitioner can workout their rights in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
