J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) The grievance of the appellant is with respect to the nonavailability of his Service Register, which disentitle him from getting the amount due to him.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submitted that based upon the grievance of the appellant, an enquiry was conducted by respondent No.3 with the appellant and respondent Nos.5 and 6 and having found that the Service Register was missing, it was directed to be reconstructed and pursuant to the said activity, steps are being taken to disburse all the benefits to the appellant.

3.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of recording the above said submissions. The amount due to the appellant will have to be settled in his favour within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
