Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the second respondent.

2.The petitioner is having account with the second respondent. It has been frozen at the instance of the first respondent. Copy of the said communication has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. It is seen that the transaction amount that has been deemed to be suspicious is Rs.18,000/-. 3.The second respondent is directed to mark a lien of Rs.18,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate the petition mentioned account otherwise. 4.The writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
