The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 and 4. The second respondent died and the name of the fifth respondent is printed in the cause list. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 17 days.
