Heard Mrs.J.Nisha Banu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the fifth respondent.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the proposals sent by the respondents 3 and 4 on 04.05.2015 and 23.06.2015 respectively.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.04.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
