Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1357/09, dated 25.03.2009 insofar as it relates to the lands of the petitioner in Plot No.12 in Survey No.65 part in Kalanivasal village Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and quash the same and direct the sixth respondent herein to forthwith register the document in respect of the aforesaid lands of the petitioner.

Mr.S.Kumar, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has challenged the order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1357/09, dated 25.03.2009, insofar as it relates to the lands of the petitioner in Plot No.12 in Survey No.65 part in Kalanivasal village Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai in Roc.A1/1357/2009, though dated 10.09.2015, it had actually been signed on 23.02.2016. In and by which, the direction which had already been given to the Sub-Registrars 1 and 2, Karaikudi, is withdrawn and ban on the sales in respect of the above said survey number is lifted and hence, the Sub-Registrars 1 and 2, Karaikudi are directed to register the document in respect of Survey Nos.65/1 and 65/2 of Kalanivasal Village, Karaikudi Taluk.

5. By virtue of the above proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai, dated 23.02.2016, there is no impediment for the sixth respondent to register any document with respect to the above said survey numbers and hence, recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
