ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is that the petition mentioned proceedings should be entered in the encumbrance register and the second respondent must act in compliance with the impugned proceedings. So long as the order dated 20.12.2022 has not been stayed or set aside in the manner known to law, the second respondent is bound to act in consonance with the same.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
