Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.APPADURAI.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11110 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 17.08.2021, without fail.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and also the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready.
