O R D E R

The short grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the appeal that has been filed by the petitioner before the first respondent against the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Pa1/6334/2022 (Development), dated 27.07.2023, as early as on 07.12.2025, has not been disposed of till date and hence, the petitioner seeks appropriate direction to the first respondent for disposal of the appeal filed by him.

2. Mr.K.K.Udayakumar, learned counsel for the Government, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions from the first respondent, submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be disposed of by the first respondent within a period of three weeks hence.

3. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 07.12.2025 filed by the petitioner against the

order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Pa1/6334/2022 (Development), dated 27.07.2023, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 19.06.2026 NCC :
