PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to issue direction to the respondents Nos.1 & 2 to consider the representation dated 14.09.2021 and 23.09.2021 of the petitioner to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to start the construction work of " Sri Pandi Vinayagar Kovil" at V.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruchuzhi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 14.09.2021 and 23.09.2021 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to start the construction work of " Sri Pandi Vinayagar Kovil" at V.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruchuzhi Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same on 23.09.2021.
