O R D E R

The ground on which the petitioner has sought for a direction to the fourth respondent is to refrain from registering any document pertaining to Survey nos.13/3 and 14/3 at Illayangudi Village, Illanyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District is that he has filed a suit in O.S.No.6776 of 2012 to declare deed of power of attorney executed in favour of respondents 6 and 7 as null and void.

2. Today(17.07.2018), when the matter was called, it is brought to my notice that the suit in O.S.No.6776 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court,Chennai has been dismissed on 06.04.2017 and as such, the very basis on which the petitioner has sought for an order to refrain from registering any document has become infructuous.
