Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.26119/2012/Aa4/dated 27.1.2014 and quash the same as illegal, consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the patta No.221 in the name of the petitioner s parents in respect of survey NO.57/1B, situated at R.Vadipatti Village , Palani Taluk.
