ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.119/2019 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case the first respondent has conducted investigation and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and the same was numbered as C.C.No.409 of 2023.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
