(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.SESHASAYEE, J.) This writ appeal is preferred challenging the order of a learned Single Judge, dated 19.07.2013 passed in W.P(MD)No.11463 of 2013.

The learned Additional Government Pleader makes a statement that the controversy raised in this writ appeal has been settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.Singaravelan & Others etc., v. the District Collector, Tiruppur and others in Civil Appeal Nos.9533 - 9537 of 2019, dated 18.12.2019 and that, in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ appeal.
