ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life, movable property and business.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2022 and 25.07.2022 is still pending with the third respondent.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2022 and 25.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
