Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is having a civil dispute with the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that she and her father are being summoned again and again based on the complaint of the third respondent. Hence, this criminal original petition has been filed forbearing the respondent police to not to harass the petitioner.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint given by the third respondent has been enquired into and it has since been closed. They made it clear that any further complaint of the third respondent will not be entertained.

5. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
