2. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3. This Application is filed by the petitioners to review the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5401 of 2024, dated 20.06.2025.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that while disposing the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.5401 of 2024 on 20.06.2025, this Court directed the petitioners herein to hand over the peaceful possession and also not to create any law and order problem. He has also submitted that as against the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil in Cr.M.P.No.1473 of 2021 on 16.09.2021, under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002, the petitioners have preferred an appeal in S.A.No.55 of 2022 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

5. In view of the above submission that an appeal has already been filed, the petitioners are directed to workout their remedy in the said appeal. Hence, this Review Application Writ is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
