ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass final order on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, vide Charge Memos issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.R1/30505-4/2015, dated 17.05.2018, and Na.Ka.No.R1/11764/2018, dated 18.05.2018, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.According to the petitioner, pursuant to the charge memos issued to him on 17.05.2018 and 18.05.2018, he submitted his explanation on 23.05.2018 and an enquiry officer was appointed and the enquiry officer completed the enquiry and submitted the enquiry report to the first respondent on 31.03.2019, but, so far no final order has been passed. W.P.(MD)No.18503 of 2019 3.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent would pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final order on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, vide Charge Memos issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.R1/305054/2015, dated 17.05.2018, and Na.Ka.No.R1/11764/2018, dated 18.05.2018, based on the enquiry report dated 31.03.2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
