Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the third respondent in notification No.6/MRB/2016, dated 31.01.2016 and quash the same insofar as the procedure of selection for the Post of Pharmacist by awarding weightage marks based on the actual marks secured in the qualifying examination is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to adopt a fair procedure for selection to the Post of Pharmacist.
