Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the petitioner's agricultural insurance amount for the period of 2013-2014 for sum of Rs.1,01,108/- bearing Survey Nos.39/14, 94/3A, 94/2B, 97/2, 97/3, 97/3A, 99/3A, 103/6, 46/2 and 98/4, 193/5B, 213/9 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum to this petitioner. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to disburse the petitioner's agricultural insurance amount of Rs.1,01,108/- in respect of Survey Nos.39/14, 94/3A, 94/2B, 97/2, 97/3, 97/3A, 99/3A, 103/6, 46/2 and 98/4, 193/5B, 213/9 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum for the period of 2013-2014 to the petitioner. 2.It is seen that claiming such benefit, the petitioner has also made a representations on 01.10.2015, 21.11.2015 and 10.12.2015. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider such request and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by considering the eligibility of the petitioner.

consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
