O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner suffered an order at the hands of the District Registrar of Chits, Pudukkottai in A.R.C.No.47 of 2021 dated 10.06.2022. Questioning the same, this civil revision petition came to be filed.

3. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the first respondent, the petitioner has to file an appeal under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act. The petitioner's counsel asserts that an appeal was indeed filed within time before the Government. If that be so, the petitioner's only remedy is to pursue the appeal. However considering the special facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that E.P.No.203 of

3 C.R.P.(MD)No.1952 of 2023 2022 filed by the first respondent will be put on hold for a period of two months from today. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy as per law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
