ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.THIAGARAJAN, Advocate for the Respondnets 2 to 15 in both the petitions and petitioner not appeared either in person or by an advocate in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Civil Miscellaneous petitions are filed to condone the delay of 852 days in preferring the restoration petitions. 2.Though the matter posted under the caption for dismissal, once again there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It is also seen that these petitions are filed for condoning the delay of 852 days in filing the restoration applications. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is not appearing before this Court, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed for default.
