The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for 30 days regularly, investigation has been completed, final report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, dated 19.06.2023, but it has not been taken on file so far. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10325 of 2023 on 13.06.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been presented before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 18/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
