Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 01.04.2015. The petitioner is a Physical Education Teacher and was suspended for certain allegations. The petitioner had also given a representation on 26.06.2015 seeking revocation of the suspension order and to reinstate him. However, the respondent had issued the charge-memo, dated 11.08.2015, wherein six charges were framed against him calling for explanation. The petitioner had also submitted his explanation on 26.08.2015 to the respondent. Thereafter, domestic enquiry was organized and one S.Murugan was appointed as Enquiry Officer vide proceedings in Roc.No.H8/13455/2015, dated 07.10.2015. Thereafter, there is no progress and hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for the above relief.

4. In view of the fact that the Enquiry Officer has also been appointed as early as in the month of October, 2015, the Enquiry Officer is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
