ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.08.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there is no petition or complaint against this petitioner. Further the allegation in the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.08.2022 is a false one. Mr.Ramanathan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Karaikudi South Police Station, Sivagangai District, is present before this Court and he stated that he has never seen the petitioner and never demanded money from her for construction of building.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
