Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARTHANAN.P.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10340 of 2023 on 14.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was imposed conditions that he shall appear before the respondent Police for the period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this matter has become unnecessary. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed as unnecessary.
