(Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) This writ appeal was dismissed vide judgment dated 26.03.2025. However, before the judgment was made ready, at the request of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ appeal is listed under the caption, 'for clarification'. Accordingly, the writ appeal was taken up for hearing on 29.04.2025. 2.The contention of the Additional Government Pleader is that the issue raised in this writ appeal is pertaining to TET. 3.Since there are two divergent views regarding TET, this Court recalled the order dated 26.03.2025 and the case may be posted for further hearing before the portfolio Bench.
