O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.41 of 2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.41 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 471 and 120(b) of I.P.C., and so far no investigation has been conducted. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is over and they will file a final report within a period of two months.

4. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12098 of 2019 file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
