ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 279, 337, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.35 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, on 28.07.2022, while the defacto complainant was returning to his house in his two wheeler, the accused persons came in the opposite direction and dashed his vehicle, in which, he sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that a false case was foisted against the petitioner. This petitioner is arrayed as A1. In this case, the injured was discharged from the hospital. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that petitioner is having 10 previous cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy/accused and prayed to dismiss the petition.

5.Considering the nature of the case and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
