ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaints given by the petitioner, two FIRs have been registered against the opposite party in Crime Nos.18 and 68 of 2016 and the accused in Cr.No.18 of 2016 was arrested. In such circumstances, if there is any further threat to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent police and on such complaint is being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is closed.
