This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent herein to the second respondent or any other competent officer within the District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.9 of 2022 and final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No. 307 of 2023 and the case was posted to 23.02.2024. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
