ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have made an attempt to transport the sand from Vaigai River. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is said to have made an attempt to transport the sand from Vaigai River.

4. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
