Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.PARVEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5746 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.10371 of 2020, dated 24.11.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court by an order dated 25.09.2020 granted bail to the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order and further by an order dated 24.11.2020 this Court modified the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thereafter the petitioner did not comply with the condition even for a week.
