No.5743 of 2019 in Crl.A.524 of 2012 dated 11.07.

2019 relating to stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R. ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 18.07.2019 onwards.

2. In view of the above compliance of the condition, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Thirumayam, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

3. The petitioner shall not levae the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu without getting Leave of this Court during the pendency of this appeal.
