This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in in C.C. No. 194 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli as against the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has already approached this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2672 of 2012 the same has been dismissed by order dated 13.12.2017. Therefore, this petitioner has filed quash petition one another one repeatedly on the same grounds. In fact, the petitioners represented before this Court that the petitioners will be satisfied if the directions issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings, within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No. 13760 of 2019 4.Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli is directed to complete the trial in C.C. No.194 of 2006, within a period of Six (6) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
