ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for speedy disposal of the suit O.S.No.407 of 2018. The suit is now at the stage of filing of the 1st defendant's written statement and I.A.Nos.931 and 934 of 2018 and 1 and 3 of 2019 are pending. This position continuous from 30.09.2020. Considering the fact that the interlocutory applications are pending, a direction is issued to the learned Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur to dispose of all the interlocutory applications within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.407 of 2018 within a period of 4 months thereafter. C.R.P.(MD) No.1086 of 2020 impediment to the Court insisting upon the written statement being filed by the 1st defendant.
2.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
