ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners are facing charges under Sections 147, 294(b), 353 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.41 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in respect of the very same occurrence, two First Information Reports have been registered. One at the instance of the Village Administrative Officer and other is at the instance of the President of the village.

3.The present First Information Report that was registered in Crime No.41 of 2022 was registered at the first point of time and this petition has also been filed for anticipatory bail along with other co-accused. That was also granted earlier by this Court, vide order dated 12.08.2022.

4.Since in respect of the very same occurrence, two First Information Reports have been filed, second anticipatory bail is not proper. However, there is classification has been issued to the effect that the anticipatory bail that was granted to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.14821 of 2022 petitioners therein shall stand apply to the present FIR also. The conditions that has been imposed upon the petitioners therein shall remain unaltered.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. sd/- 18/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
