O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.239 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is not present. The defacto complainant Rajendran and the victim Thanosha are present in person before this Court. They have been duly identified by M/s.T.Esakki, SI of Police attached to Deverkulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that they have no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 30.10.2021.
