Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.02.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.68 of 2026 was issued and enquiry is pending.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
