ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to close / shut down the 7th respondent's hospital / Lyka Pet Clinic for not complying section 352 Madurai City Municipal Corporation Act 1971, and consequently direct respondents 3 and 4 to take action against 7th respondent's hospital/Lyka Pet Clinic.

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that the abovesaid prayer of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed that has also been challenged before the Writ Court. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. 3.

In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
