ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime NO.501 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to business motive, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having twenty five previous cases to his credit in Crime Nos.33 of 2014, 263 of 2004, 239 of 2008, 479 of 2008, 290 of 2013, 48 of 2013, 105 of 2012, 348 of 2008, 347 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
