To extend the time as prescribed by this Honourable Court in CRP (MD). No.1008 of 2022, dated 30.07.2024.
ORDER
The petitioner taken out an application for extension of time to vacate the premises. Based on the undertaken given by the petitioner this Court granted one year time period to vacate and hand over the possession to the landlord. Now the petitioner approach this Court with the present 1/3
application to extend the time period as stipulated by this Court in the order made in CRP(MD).No.1008 of 2022 & 1697 of 2023 dated 30.07.2024. Based on the petitioner's undertaking only, this Court fixed time limit to hand over the possession, but, the petitioner failed to comply the orders of this Court and approached this Court by filing present extension of time application is clear abuse of process of law.
2. With the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to vacate the premises and hand over the possession to the respondent herein forthwith. The respondent is at liberty to take all necessary steps to vacate the premises.
