PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite and dispose the appeal pending before him challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.06.2023 in gjpt[ kWg;g[ thpir vz;/RFL/fs;spf;Fo/4/2023 rejecting the registration of pending Document No.B6 2023 within a time limit fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as against the order passed by the second respondent on 12.06.2023, rejecting the registration of Document No.B6 2023, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has presented a sale deed for registration to the second respondent on 06.03.2023. However, the second respondent, vide order dated 12.06.2023, has refused to register the sale deed and 2/5

suggested that the petitioner is having an appeal remedy before the first respondent. Based on the order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent, namely, the District Registrar on 21.06.2023. But the first respondent has not considered the same so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 21.06.2023, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
