ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.07.2023 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No. 2038/2023, dated 05/12/2023 and of MR.NA.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 17.07.2023, directed the learned Additional District Judge, EC Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.132 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3.Now, the learned Additional District Judge, EC Court, Pudukkottai, has submitted a requisition dated 05.12.2023 and seeks three months further time.

4.
