This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1/3

petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 2196 OF 2025 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 1146 of 2024 on 04.04.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has complying the condition regularly. As his health is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
