PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.257 of 2008 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 21.07.2023 and the requisition letter of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul, vide letter in D.No. 1484/2023, dated 14/12/2023 and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent and of none appeared either in person or through by an advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.97 of 2018 on the 1/3

file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul. 2.Explanation is accepted.

3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant four months further time to complete the trial and dispose of the case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
