Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.Vide order dated 16.08.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.18554 of 2022, I had held that permission of the authorities is not required for conducting the village temple festival.
