ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Sections 5(l) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.13 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
