O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to grant approval for construction of house to the petitioner in the vacant site in old survey No.38/1 new Natham Survey No.150/22 situated at Esanakorai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichirappalli District to the extent of 2660 sq.ft within the time limit that may be fixed by the Court.

2. The petitioner has applied for a building plan approval. Since the said application has not been considered by the third respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third 2/5

respondent submits that the application of the petitioner was already considered by the third respondent and the same has been rejected by the third respondent by order dated 25.04.2023. A copy of the rejection order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
